EA Sports FIFA World uses three different methods of control

EA Sports FIFA World uses three different methods of control: keyboard, mouse and gamepad. It also offers access to the Football Club social hub, in-game rewards for gameplay accomplishments and weekly featured tournaments for Ultimate Team, erm, teams. It requires a persistent Internet connection and an Origin account to play, though EA claims the game was "built to be enjoyed on average spec laptop computer or desktop personal computers."

FIFA World is "designed to be easy to pick up and play for all fans," said EA. FIFA World features the gameplay of EA Sports FIFA HD, the team building mechanic of FIFA Ultimate Team and a "host of new features." Producer Alex Grimbley said of FIFA World that by, "bringing the FIFA franchise to the PC platform as a free-to-play game, we give millions of new fans their chance to experience the authentic FIFA experience." EA added that the game can be played "on average spec laptop computer," or similarly powered desktop PC, so long as the player also has a broadband internet connection. EA's free-to-play soccer game will be playable to anyone with broadband and a PC.

Chemistry is the connective tissue between your Players in FIFA World Ultimate Team. By building up your Squads Chemistry, you will increase your Player’s performance on the pitch. High Chemistry is needed in order to order to build a strong Squad and beat your opponents in FUT.



But even in its current form as the bedrock of FIFA 14, it is still far from perfect. Perhaps the most fundamental issue is that it has always felt like a free-to-play game tacked on to what is already a premium purchase. Although it is possible to play Ultimate Team without spending any money, the emphasis is very much on buying packs that contain players to ease your progress, and it takes a long time to earn the in-game coins to do this, compared to a very short time to buy FIFA Points to pay for them instead.
